Next Card Betting is a card prediction game where players bet on whether the next card drawn will be higher or lower than the current card. Using probability and card counting skills, players manage their bankroll across multiple rounds. With configurable suits and ace values, the game scales from simple to complex, testing your ability to calculate odds on the fly.
A card is drawn and shown to all players. This is the reference card for the current round.
Players decide whether the next card will be higher or lower than the current card, and place their bet. You have a limited time to submit your prediction and bet amount.
The next card is revealed. Players who predicted correctly win their bet amount; those who predicted incorrectly lose it. If the next card is equal, the bet is returned.
After all cycles are complete, players are scored on skill: Decision Quality (did you bet on +EV opportunities?) and Sizing Efficiency (how close were your bets to Kelly optimal?). Sizing efficiency is scaled by your opportunity participation rate. A cycle bonus is added based on the number of suits played.
