If you sign up or log in using a social login provider (Google or Apple), we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from that provider. If an account with your email already exists, your social login will be linked to that existing account.

3.2 Game and Usage Data

When you use our Service, we collect:

  • Game scores and statistics
  • Leaderboard rankings
  • Game session history
  • Room and tournament participation data
  • Friends list and social connections
  • Chat messages sent in game rooms
  • Scheduled event preferences and reminder settings

3.3 Payment Information

For subscription purchases, we collect:

  • Billing address and country of residence
  • Transaction history

Note: Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle your payment data.

For accounting purposes, invoice data may be synchronized with Moneybird, our accounting software provider.

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. International Data Transfers

Our Service is hosted on Render.com servers. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

  • Data processing agreements with our service providers
  • Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
  • Technical security measures including encryption in transit and at rest

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specific retention periods include:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Accounts may be pseudonymized after 24 months of inactivity.
  • Game Data: Scores, statistics, and chat messages are retained for the lifetime of your account to maintain leaderboard integrity and game history.
  • Payment Records: Invoices and transaction records are retained for 10 years in accordance with Dutch bookkeeping requirements.
  • System Logs: Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics data may be retained for up to 60 months.
  • Authentication Tokens: Password reset tokens expire after 1 hour; email verification tokens expire after 24 hours.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, including:

  • Authentication Cookies: To keep you logged in and maintain your session
  • Preference Cookies: To remember your settings (such as theme preference)

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not rely on cookies or persistent identifiers to track individual users.
